The Adoption Center of Washington is now accepting applications for Russia, Ukraine and China adoptions. At this time we are not accepting new applications for our Vietnam program. Please check back with us in a few months to see if this has changed.

Russian Accrediation Update: ACW is happy to announce we have officially received our Accreditation in Russia!

The US State Department announced the names of the Accredited Adoption Service Providers and ACW is pleased to let you know that we are officially Hague Accredited! There are 110 accredited agencies, 35 temporarily accredited agencies, and four for-profit agencies.
