Adoption Center of Washington Over the past 19 years, the Adoption Center of Washington has provided adoption services and humanitarian aid to children in orphanages in Russia, China and Vietnam. We are currently assisting orphans in China, Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Children from 18 months to 12 years old are waiting for families of their own.
