To start your adoption process with ACW, you must complete an application form and submit it with the application fee ($300 US) and a photograph of each applicant (individually or together).

2. After completing the form, please mail it to:

3. Enclose a check or money order, made payable to Adoption Center of Washington, in the amount of $300 US.
4. Enclose your photograph(s).
